Space is limited!  please complete your submission form early to secure a space in the exhibit

By participating in this event, you authorize Leonia Arts to hang and exhibit your artwork*

Artwork Requirements and Artist Responsibilities: 

  • 2-Dimensional works only, must be ready to hang with wire or hooks installed on back
  • Artwork Dimensions: you may submit one piece not exceeding 36″ wide, or two pieces if each piece does not exceed 24″ wide
  • Deliver your artwork to Davidson Hall between 9:00-9:30 AMĀ 
  • Collect your artwork between 4:00-4:30 PM
  • Your artwork will be displayed for the duration of the event (12-4PM)
  • Any sales inquiries or sales transactions are the responsibility of the artist
  • You may bring your own freestanding display bin for additional artworks 16×20 or smaller; all artist display bins will be placed in one area
  • You may bring promotional materials (postcard, business card, flier) for visitors to take; promotional materials for all artists will be placed on one table
  • The exhibit will be open to the public and welcoming people of all ages; please ensure that pieces are “family friendly”

Leonia Arts, at its discretion, reserves the right to not exhibit a piece of artwork.

*Leonia Arts does not hold insurance for artwork on exhibit and is not responsible for loss or damage to any of the artists’ work. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Leonia Arts and All Saints Episcopal Church, against any theft, damage, or liability as a result of the exhibit or use of the exhibit space.
